Monday: Whole vs Processed foods. By the end of the hour, be able to define and give examples of each.
Tuesday: The True Cost of Food. Examine the benefits of locally produced food.
Wednesday: School forest
Thursday: Why do we need to be safe and sanitary in the kitchen. Video/discussion. Introduction to safety stations.
Friday: Complete food safety and sanitation stations.
